Want to Be a Team Member?

Our successes and the great experience our team gains come with a great deal of dedication on the part of all team members and the support provided by our team parents. Being a member of our team requires significant dedication on the part of both you and your parents. If you are willing and able to make this commitment, here are the major requirements for being a team member:

         - You must be a member in good standing of our larger 4-H robotics club, SPARKS 4-H Club, for one year. You must continue to remain a member in good standing of SPARKS 4-H Club once you become a Super Sonic Sparks team member.

         -Attend at least 70% of our team meetings (some absences can be excused for a limited number of reasons).

         - Have a positive attitude, willing to work to the best of your ability, be accepting of other's ideas, accept successes and failures in a positive manner, and put the good of the entire team above your own personal gain.

         - Finally, we would not be able to accomplish everything we do without all our team parents supporting fundraising, helping run our events, volunteering at other events, serving as mentors, and traveling with our team. We require parental support in our team's many activities.
